1881: Two postal stationery cards 5c. violet (Types I and II) used to Batavia, one from TJITJALENGKA (boxed h/s), cancelled by boxed "FRANCO" and with Bandong transit cds (on back) and Batavia arrival cds, as well as second card cancelled by numeral "102" in diamond of dots, Baroet '2/12/1881' double-ring datestamp and Weltevreden arrival dater alongside, Bandong transit cds on the reverse, fine.
Value Add Taxes (19%) will be added to the hammer price and the buyers premium.

In april 2005 the idea to build a place where collectors, customers and investors from all over the world could meet, was realized.
Since that time both, the Mail Order House and Auction House Gärtner, have been united on 2.700 m2 in the easy accessible building owned by Christoph Gärtner.
Generous viewing and storage rooms, a private auction hall, enough parking space and an underground car park are available.
