Shortly before The Upper Silesia plebiscite (carried out in March 1921), Germans introduced into circulation fake Polish stamps overprinted propaganda slogan: "Deutscher Wert gleich ... Pf. Wählt Deutsch!" (German equivalent of ... pfennig. Vote for Germany!). These forgery (so-called: German forgery) were distributed on the Upper Silesia and sticked on letters.

All offered stamps are valuable philatelic materials, and useful source of comparison.
