A l'origine mouvement visant à promouvoir l'indépendance et le développement des pays africains , il sera ensuite recentré sur son pays d'origine l'Oubangui Chari devenu république centrafricaine . Il disparatra avec la chute de Jean Bedel Bokassa (plus précisément il sera absorbé par un nouveau parti méné par le nouveau Président ......Voir wikipédia
la symbolique est intéressante avec une main noire et une étoile rouge (pour le social ? ou l'orientation politique à suivre ?)
